Evan was the second real estate agent that we hired. The first had a myriad of problems about which we told Evan. Our number one request of Evan was that he communicate with us and help us develop strategies regarding how best to sell a house that had already been on the market for over a year.

Evan came through on communication with weekly, personalized communication with us and when things slowed down before the house sold, he offered some inventive and flexible ideas.

I would highly recommend Evan to my friends and family as a real estate agent - he does what he says he will do and you can't beat that!

Evan is an exceptional realtor. I have purchased two homes with his assistance, sold one, and rented another. He is not pushy, giving his advice in a fact-based (and often humorous) manner. He is patient and showed my family and me over 20 homes. When it comes to valuing a home, he has no equal. In addition to a traditional ?comps? analysis, Evan provided a statistically-based analysis of local properties that helped us price our home for sale and to decide what to offer for the homes we bought.
